GILSULATE® 500XR is designed and manufactured to meet the special conditions required of underground insulation and protection systems. This dry, granular material has specifically sized gradation of particles to provide exceptional load bearing capabilities without further envelope consolidation after backfill. Raw materials are selected to provide an excellent K-factor and all particles are coated to provide its hydrophobic properties. No curing, mixing or special preparations are required to install GILSULATE® 500XR.
